About Me
Why should my professional membership matter to you?
It can be hard finding someone you can trust to help you with one of the most important things: your health. Being 'HCPC registered' is so important as it demonstrates that I have a statutory regulation and means that as your health care professional, you can be assured that:
I demonstrate that I have and continue to meet the standards of proficiency in my profession of dietetics.
I meet national standards for my training, professional skills, behaviour and health.
As a health and care professional, I am genuine.
My title 'dietitian' is legally protected
I am working as a professional in a regulated body, which differentiates me form non-regulated professionals.
I meet national standards for my training, professional skills, behaviour and health.
I would encourage you to check my registration online at www.checktheregister.org - all you need to do is type my SURNAME (Bryant) and then chose 'dietitian' as the profession and press 'search' or you can download the free Check the Regiter app.
If you would like to discuss any dietary issues then please don’t hesitate to do so
My Services
I offer dietetic advice for both adults and children, and have almost 10 years of experience of working in a hospital. It can be really difficult working out who is best to see when you or your child is unwell and diet is the cause or needs to be changed in some way. It’s therefore very important that you see the right person to help you in the best way possible, so here is a list of areas that have expertise in so you can see if I would be right for you:
Allergies
Paediatric feeding difficulties
Coeliac disease
Diabetes
Weight management
Eating disorders (self funders only)
Gastrointestinal issues e.g. IBS – FODMAP exclusion diets, diverticular disease, constipation, malabsorption
Nutritional deficiencies
Diets associated with cardiovascular disease
If you feel any of the above apply to you then please do contact me, even to simply to discuss if seeing me is the right thing for you at this time. Of course, if you have been referred directly by your consultant or GP, please do have your relevant medical details to hand.
Fees and Medical Insurance:
I am registered with most Insurance companies. Please note I no longer work with AXA PPP, Vitality or Simply Health.
Please be aware that there may be shortfalls depending on your policy details. You are still required to pay the full cost of the consultation.
